If you’re like me then you can’t wait for season 2 of Glee to kick off. One of the episodes that I am most looking forward to seeing is the Britney Spears episode which is titled “Britney/Brittany”. In the video above Harry Shum Jr dishes about the episode and he tells us that he wasn’t in any of the scenes with Britney Spears. Harry also mentions that he will be getting more air time in season two of Glee and that in one of the new story lines he’s been given his character will be dating Tina which means we’ll get to see more of Jenna Ushkowitz this season too.
Another day, another interview with the Glee cast from another stop on the Gleek Tour. Today they’re in Fairfax Virginia, and Glee stars Cory Monteith, Jenna Ushkowitz, and Mark Salling took some time out of their busy schedules to have a chat with the local FOX station. The three talked about the show, guest stars, and lots more!
You can count Kristin Chenoweth as one of the things to look forward to seeing in Season One of Glee. Along with Broadway stars Debra Monk (playing Will Scheuster’s mother), Victor Garbor (set to play Will Schuester’s dad), and Cheyenne Jackson to name a few who are rumored to be making appearances on the show, Kristin Chenoweth is also slated to appear this season on Glee. More specifically, Kristen will be guest starring in Episode 4 titled “The Rhodes Not Taken”. Chenoweth plays character April Rhodes, a former star of the glee club who dropped out of high school. Upon learning that other glee clubs have older members, Will sets out to even the playing field and get some older members of his own, and he recruits April. As April is un-predictable there are sure to be some snags in Will’s plan, and I can’t wait to tune in! In the clips above we get a little sneak peek of Kristin and the rest of the glee club, along with some of the cast describing what it was like to work with her.
In the Philadelphia area doing an appearance at The Gleek Tour, Glee stars Amber Riley (who plays Mercedes on the show) and Chris Colfher (who plays Kurt) stopped by Good Day Philadelphia to sit down with their host for an interview promoting the show. The two of them pointed out that the Glee premiere is going to be 09/09/09 at 9, and went on to answer questions about whether their real personalities match those of their characters, and about the craziness that has ensued since the show began its quick rise to popularity.
